PolÃtica de devolución y cambio
Devoluciones
Queremos que estés completamente satisfecho con tu compra. Si no es asÃ, puedes devolver los artÃculos sin usar, sin lavar y sin daños dentro de los 14 dÃas posteriores a la fecha de compra original para obtener un reembolso total o un cambio.
Para iniciar una devolución, siga estos pasos:
ComunÃquese con Atención al cliente: EnvÃenos un correo electrónico a ozonablu@yahoo.com o llámenos al 1+(727)754-0200 para obtener un Número de autorización de devolución (RA#).
Empaque su devolución: Empaquete cuidadosamente el/los artÃculo(s) junto con el comprobante de embalaje original y el número RA.

Seguimiento de su devolución: Le recomendamos utilizar un método de envÃo rastreable para garantizar que se reciba su devolución.
Intercambios
Para cambiar un artÃculo, devuélvalo para obtener un reembolso y realice un nuevo pedido del artÃculo deseado.
Excepciones
Los artÃculos comprados en oferta o liquidación son ventas finales y no se pueden devolver ni cambiar.
Los artÃculos personalizados o personalizados no se pueden devolver ni cambiar.
Procesamiento de reembolso
Una vez que recibamos su devolución y verifiquemos que cumple con nuestra polÃtica de devoluciones, procesaremos su reembolso. Los reembolsos se emitirán en la forma de pago original. Espere entre 5 y 7 dÃas hábiles para que el reembolso aparezca en su estado de cuenta.

Los gastos de envÃo originales no son reembolsables. Usted es responsable del coste del envÃo de devolución.
