Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

U.S. Shipping Methods​

  • Standard Shipping (US): $9.95 (2–5 business days).

  • Express Shipping (US): $12.95 (1–3 business days).

Free Shipping

  • Orders $49+ ship free within the U.S.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to: Canada, Mexico, England, Spain, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, and Belgium.

  • Rates and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Note: Customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at ozonablu@yahoo.com or call (727) 221-9262. We’ll work with the carrier to fix it quickly.

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Just return it unused and in its original condition, and we will handle the rest.

  • U.S. customers: We cover the cost of return shipping on your first return.

  • International customers: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • To start a return, just email us at ozonablu@yahoo.com or call (727) 221-9262. We’ll send you a prepaid return label if you’re in the U.S.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Exceptions

  • Final sale & clearance items are non-returnable.

  • Personalized/customized items can’t be returned.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your statement.
