Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Express Shipping (US): $12.95 (1–3 business days).

Orders $49+ ship free within the U.S. 
International Shipping

We currently ship to: Canada, Mexico, England, Spain, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, and Belgium.

Rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Note: Customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility. 
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at ozonablu@yahoo.com or call (727) 221-9262. We’ll work with the carrier to fix it quickly.
Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- 
Just return it unused and in its original condition, and we will handle the rest.
- 
U.S. customers: We cover the cost of return shipping on your first return.
- 
International customers: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges
- 
Need a different size or color? Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Exceptions
- 
Final sale & clearance items are non-returnable.

Personalized/customized items can’t be returned.
Refunds
- 
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- 
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your statement.
